2005-01-10 - 11:43 a.m.

Mr. World-Traveler is at it again. After spending a good three weeks on the English speaking side of the Pacific (if Vancouver counts), I am preparing to fly back to Tokyo. But this time I am not as excited to be leaving as in the past. This is surely a sign that it is time to move on. Once my contractual obligations are fulfilled, moving on is what I will be doing.

The past few nights have been surreal. The midnight phone calls I recieved were intensely pleasant, phone calls that are serving as a beacon both guiding and pulling me back to American shores.

This year may be my last one in Asia for a while. Time to get a few new stamps in my passport.
